20090301 PFT
I kicked off my Personal PFT program today of which today's PFT was my first since my TBS initial PFT in December. There's good news and bad news. Good news is that I didn't slow too much with a run time of 20:53 for 3 miles. The bad news is that I was less than stellar on situps (91/100) and pullups (14/20). I'm hopeful that by doing the pullups and situps before the run next time, my performance will improve. Nevertheless, not bad, but in need of much improvement.

What are your plans to improve your sit-ups and chin-ups after the drop?
Also, what is the reasoning for the decrease in performance?

I believe that my decreased pull-up and sit-up numbers may be a result of doing them after the run rather than before as is usually done. Also, the sit-ups are incline rather than flat. I expect an improvement on the next one.
