With that said, I, the author of ExtremeMarineWorkout.com am in no way to be considered an “extreme Marine”, nor am I even close to being the extremist of extreme Marines or military personnel in general. I am a USMC Reserve Logistics Officer; not infantry, not special forces, logistics. My job is to support the Main Effort, the true extreme Marines, if there is to be termed such a thing.

I chose the moniker “Extreme Marine Workout” for two reasons. First, because the goal of the exercise program P90X, the workout that helped me to pass through Officer Candidate School (OCS), is to get “extreme” as Tony Horton frequently states. (TH: “Get EXTREME, baby!” and… “X me!”) Second, thousands of searches per month are made online for precisely what the keyword phrase suggests would be found, information on “extreme workout” and “marine workout”, hence “Extreme Marine Workout”.

Exercise workouts described on this website and the corresponding results from executing various exercise routines are provided solely for educational purposes and should be consumed and understood as such and in that context alone.
