Marine Corps Workout Series: Week 2 Insanity Fitness Test

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I’m training with Shaun T’s Insanity to prepare for the Green Belt Instructor Course at SOI West, Camp Pendleton. Here are my results after just two weeks of Insanity training:

The drop in switch kicks is attributed to executing the move with poor form the during the Initial Test. However, as you can see, with just two weeks of intense Insanity training, my cardio improved significantly, an average of 30%.

As I progress with the workout program, I fully expect to continue these stellar (some might call “insane”) results. The real proof will be in January when I start Green Belt Instructor’s Course at SOI West.
